This policy explains how Home Wizards Excavation & Demolition ("Home Wizards", "we", "us") collects and uses information about you ("Information") through the Site. Information We Collect
We collect Information when you ask for a free estimate through the Site. The form asks for your name, your phone number and a description of what needs to be done, and lets you attach a photo, video or audio file. We use it to contact you about your project and to prepare your estimate.
The Site sets no cookies of its own. Two optional features supplied by other companies — our live chat and the map on the Contact page — set their own cookies, and neither loads unless you allow it. Our Cookie Policy explains this in detail.
Our Use of Your Personal Information
We use the Information you send us to respond to your request, to schedule and carry out the work you ask us for, and to improve our service. We restrict access to it to the people in our organization who need it to do that.
We also may share your Information with the following:
- Our affiliated companies, including AtticPros Inc., which handles our enquiries;
- Service providers who process it on our behalf and only to deliver the service we have asked them for: our website host, our email delivery provider, the system we use to record and manage enquiries, and, if you use it, our live chat provider;
- Government agencies and law enforcement officials, when required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We also reserve the right to share Information with other organizations in the following situations:
- As permitted by law in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Site's Terms and Conditions, or otherwise as required by law;
- When we have your consent to do so; and
- When we need to share Information to provide any service you have requested.
Error Monitoring
To keep the Site reliable we use Sentry, a third-party error-monitoring service, to record technical diagnostic information when something fails — the page or request involved, the error message and the stack trace. It is used only to find and fix problems. Our configuration does not collect personal data, and IP and email addresses are stripped from an event before it is sent. Phone Calls and Messages
If you give us your phone number, we will use it to contact you about your request. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. If we send you text messages, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us at hello@atticprosinc.com or 800-219-8252.
Business Transfer
As we continue to develop, we might sell or buy the assets of similar companies. In such transactions, customer Information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the event that we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, such Information may be one of the transferred assets.
How to Review and Update Your Information
You may write, email or telephone us with changes to your Information or your contact preferences, or to ask us to delete it, using the contact details at the end of this policy.
Security
The Site is served only over an encrypted connection, and we use standard protections to keep the Information under our control secure. We cannot guarantee that those measures will never be breached. Some Information may reach you by email, which is not a secure channel.
Children's Privacy Protection
The Site does not target children. We do not knowingly collect Information from persons under 13 years of age.
Linked Internet Web Sites
The Site may link to other web sites whose privacy practices differ from ours. We are not responsible for the collection, use or disclosure of information by those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
